    JFK/LGA this Saturday, Oct. 4

Well, the wx looks phenomenal for Saturday. I'll be heading out to LGA and JFK for the entire day before the bbq. Anyone care to join me? I'm glad a change of scheduling allows me to get out this weekend. Bring the windbreaker!

So far the winds for Saturday are NW so I'll most likely be at the World's Fair Marina. Haven't spotted at LGA since March

If rwy 4 is in use, I might try to swing out to LGA for a couple of hours

The Port is planning on closing 4-22 at LGA at least all day this Saturday and possibly Sunday morning as well.

    Cheers

It's actually because of a significant paving and milling project on 4-22 that has been going on for several months. In fact in the last few months, I would estimate 4-22 has been closed 90 pct of all Saturdays.

10/4/08 Action at LaGuardia. The weather was fantastic today. Shots were taken from the Delta terminal.

    Nice shots, Gus!
Ladies and gentlemen, this is your captain speaking. We have a small problem.
All four engines have stopped. We are doing our damnedest to get them under control.
I trust you are not in too much distress. —Captain Eric Moody, British Airways Flight 9
