Have just returned from our trip to PANC (trip reports will follow later..) Didn't spend a whole lot of time at PANC airport - so much else to do with the family, but the time I did spend was fantastic! B744's landing in strong crosswinds on wet runways made for some great reverse thrust shots - heaven of cargo land was great! For anyone that is going to PANC - let me know - we stayed in a Bed and Breakfast about 5 minutes from the airport for $79/night for the 3 of us - full summer rate is $99/night - full breakfast is included!!!! Here are some of the shots I've edited so far..
