VIDEO: USA Jet DC-9 Crash Caught on Tape

Not real clear, but you can see the plane had some serious roll problems on short final.

On July 6, USA Jet flight 199, a DC-9 freighter carrying a load of auto parts, crashed on final approach to Plan de Guadalupe International Airport (SLW) in Saltillo, Mexico. The crash killed the pilot and severely injured the co-pilot.
Ladies and gentlemen, this is your captain speaking. We have a small problem.
All four engines have stopped. We are doing our damnedest to get them under control.
I trust you are not in too much distress. —Captain Eric Moody, British Airways Flight 9

What was that flash at 0:15? Looks like it clipped something.

Some witnesses reported the jet was flying very low and clipped a power line, so that might be what it was. No official statement yet on any events leading up to the crash, however.
