The Dreaded Summer Cold

For some reasin I came down with a nasty cold, and I feel like crap. That Tylenol Cold does NOTHING! What a waste of money. Does anyone have any home remedies/homeopathic treatments to alleviate the congestion, aore throat, and general blah-ness?

Tylenol, chloreseptic, scorching HOT shower, and Seinfled DVDs (season 3, specifically).

Zicam = gold. I'm feeling it too. 24 hrs on zicam and I'm good as new.

They say you should not use any medecine that sprays in your nose, it can damage your smell.

For the congestion, sudafed, and for the rest nyquil and dayquil. Nyquil is great because it knocks you out.

UPDATE--I've been taken Nyquil and that's it; letting the congestion run its course. Still a bit congested, but no more fever and I feel a lot better!!

Next time I'm gonna try those Zinc swab things.
