Thanks ! :) The 22L Shots were taken from Rockaway turnpike right under the lights. My dad and I pulled over to the shoulder and took some pics. The 13L Shots were taken near a bus stop right near the approach lights. I'm not sure what the road is called, but I know that it was near the parked EOS 757's that are there sometimes :? .

Thanks guys ! :) Yeah I guess I got lucky, we used to get chased a lot but we didn't go for a while. So we decided to give it a shot and we were there for about an hour. And I found that Concorde video a long time ago it was so inspiring. If you put in google "concorde flies again," there's an article about the concorde flying again in 2009. That would make my day ! :borat:

Oh and I'm not sure if you guys know this but, there's another spot for the Canarsie 13L approach. On the road that leads to the customs building, take that down to the fedex/DHL road, and make a left turn. Then go all the way down right next to the triple hangers on your right. There's a fence and your about 80 feet from the touchdown of the planes. The runway threshold is right in front of you. It's also great for the occasional 13L departure of the jetblue's or the cargolux/asiana :).

I went under the lights on the path all the way to the end and I actually stayed a whole day without being chased out of there by cops a number of times. Its actually very cool being there, I took shots of 4L departures from there with my old camera last year from the same location. Here are the shots last year from where you was at airplanelova93, just as an idea. too bad it was from my old Kodak Z700 but worth..
