Ladies and gentlemen, this is your captain speaking. We have a small problem.
All four engines have stopped. We are doing our damnedest to get them under control.
I trust you are not in too much distress. —Captain Eric Moody, British Airways Flight 9
Wow the flight deck is rather nice. Very similar to the 777 cockpit but with more larger screens and a modern look. Does anyone know what the box is above the Mode Control Panel (Autopilot)? Possibly for testing?

looks good, and not as cheasy/plasticy as the new PC-12 or piper jet cockpits either...
it is mathematically impossible for either hummingbirds, or helicopters to fly. fortunately, neither are aware of this.

My guess was that they were where the COMM1 and 2 would be. Which would have been genius! But I figured out what they did with the Comms - they are incorporated into the CDUs. I don't like the shorter CDUs. They look a bit like Embraer style. Another weird thing to see for me is since the engines are bleedless it's crazy to see the area on the bottom right hand corner of the overhead where the ENG and APU bleeds would have been to just be blank - so revolutionary.
Nice cockpit, would love to get some photos in there
WOW its refreshing to see the inside is just as disappointing as the outside :( Looks like a friggen scion or some other cheap car.

I really like the black/gray part that runs across the cockpit and says "787 Dreamliner".
Here's a more general picture of the cockpit:
