AVP Pocono 500 Visitors

This Sunday is the Pocono 500 Race in Longpond. Since Thursday, the drivers and their crew have been arriving at AVP.

I stopped by the airport tonight, but most of the stuff there was unshootable. I did get three good shots, though.

I am planning on going back tomorrow to catch some departures - I'm hoping for good weather.

Also considering taking a trip to ABE tomorrow to get the Roush/Fenway 727-200. Anyone have any spotting experience at ABE?

Spotting at ABE has never been a problem for me. For 6 arrivals, the cemetery at the end of the runway provides fine shots. For 24, there's a BBQ joint on Schoenersville Road that's okay. It's only belly shots though. Most other places are a bit conspicuous.
