Whirlwind tour of Asia -- March 8th to 12th
I made a quick business trip to TPE via NRT. I flew JL 744 in its business class; maybe I will do a trip report soon. But for now I am up at 2 am EST posting my photos due to the jetlag. The highlights of the spotting are the China Airlines' special livery A-330s. I had to shoot from inside the terminal and the tinted glass distorted the color. I managed to correct the color somewhat but please give suggestions as how to process the photos better. Here are the photos:

Another rare catch for me:

QF's planes arrive early in the morning and spend the day parked at NRT

I have caught this special ANA 767-300 twice now, last time in PVG, this time in NRT. This is the better shot; but I am still not happy with the dull, hazy sky.

It won't be an Asian airport without some photos of the 747s and 777s:

The only African airline that regularly visits NRT

Two shots of PH-BQB, one when it took off from JFK 13R in 2005, the other 2 days ago in NRT, it's indeed a small world.

I finally got a winglet equipped NW 757, not in LGA, but all the way in NRT :)

Before I departed JFK, I caught the UA 757 with winglet
