    That photo, minus the caption, is quite well know (It is on A.net, as well as other places on the web - looks like someone blanked out the A.net copyright bar on the bottom). The crashed jet is another Mandarin Airlines MD-11 which crashed in 1999 while trying to land in Hong Kong during a typhoon. Amazingly, only 3 of nearly 300 on board died in the crash.
