LHR T4 (BA longhaul) baggage system failure

The baggage system at LHR T4, where BA currently has its major longhaul operation, is apparently in its second day of failure. I find it puzzling as this is the 'old' BA terminal (not the new T5 they are moving into soon) and I have used this system over 10 years and never had a problem, it always struck me as reliable old technology. Anyway not good for BA's image, but they are out of there soon enough (although not soon enough for the passengers affected by this)...In late March into April BA moves to the new T5 and the '80s-vintage T4 becomes the 'SkyTeam' terminal.
