OOps. Looks like the truck wasn't pulled in past the containment line.
Ladies and gentlemen, this is your captain speaking. We have a small problem.
All four engines have stopped. We are doing our damnedest to get them under control.
I trust you are not in too much distress. —Captain Eric Moody, British Airways Flight 9
Even if it wasn't behind the line, airport officials should not have trucks allowed to be parked so close to moving aircraft.

Ahhhhh...Lusaka, Zambia - known for narrow taxiways and Zambian airport officials who will park anything anywhere...been there...seen the same parking situation...without the wing hit though...

It looks like the truck may have been out past the line a bit, not really sure from that angle. But back when Wilbur and Orville were teaching me to fly, they always said that as the pilot, I was responsible for where my aircraft went. Anytime we were taxiing the KC in tight quarters, the A/C and I would be keeping a close eye on the wingtips, and when in doubt, would stop until we had someone on the ground clear us.
