Yes, Delta took back their decision to discontinue flights. They will remain at 1. Their original decision was to pull out entirely.

It has been a while but tonight we got a noteworthy diversion from JFK:
5/14
AF8 772 from CDG.
7/27
Southwest 737-700 from MCI x 2
7/29
Continental 757-200 from BCN
Continental 757-200 from CDG x2
Continental 757-200 from LHR
Continental 767-200 from AMS
SAS A330-300 from CPH
Kalitta Air 747-200 from LGG
First day this summer we've gotten this many international diversions. I noticed the other day there were quite a few domestic diversions from LGA and JFK but nothing international.
Sunday's storms hit around 6:30pm, a little bit late to affect the flights from Europe. Today's were right in the middle of transatlantic rush hour.Originally Posted by Iberia A340-600
Ladies and gentlemen, this is your captain speaking. We have a small problem.
All four engines have stopped. We are doing our damnedest to get them under control.
I trust you are not in too much distress. —Captain Eric Moody, British Airways Flight 9

Second SAS A330-300 this week, this time from ARN.
did anyone catch VOODOO1 operating in and out of SWF this past week? that's Raytheon's Testbed 727, N289MT...
it is mathematically impossible for either hummingbirds, or helicopters to fly. fortunately, neither are aware of this.

Lufthansa 747-400 from FRA, destined for EWR.
Cancidas, I haven't been in the area much this week but I'll certainly keep my eye out for her.
A (non-spotter) friend who lives within two minutes informed me that "a big white jumbo jet just flew out of Stewart!". Also reported on FlightAware was SAS903 (A333) en route to EWR from Arlanda.Originally Posted by Iberia A340-600
On July 2nd there were 3 CO flights diverted from EWR to SWF, including a 777-2 and two 737-8's. On a leisurely stop after lunch, I was pleasantly surprised to catch these as well as the usual JBU563 among others.
I live ten minutes away from SWF and didn't realize there was a daily report thread. Anyone who is interested in a meet up (although spots are limited) send me a PM!
i've only seen the flight plans go through SWF twice. flightaware emails me the flight plans as they go in. if you have the same possibility i suggest doing it. for a rare airplane that's based out of LAX this is a long way from home.Originally Posted by Iberia A340-600

According to Flightaware she's back in LA. I noticed the flight the other day when I was on Flightaware and kind of wondered what it was, shame I didn't investigate more!
