Feels like Christmas now! (Snow pics)

How could you not wake up today feeling that Christmas (and winter) has finally arrived with our first snow fall of the year! It wasn't a huge storm but just enough to cover the ground and landscape making it a truly fitting day to decorate your Christmas tree, go out Christmas shopping, or just kick back with a fire and some Christmas music playing! Here's some shots I took today.

    Pretty stuff Tom.
Love the B/Q with the flag colored in.

We were out at 0900, roads were nice and dusty and took some pics with little man in the show. A great day to get some stuff done!
And I, I took the path less traveled by
and that has made all the difference......yet...
I have a feeling a handle of people are going to be very interested in what I post in the near future.

Lucky you guys, we got nailed first with about 2 inches of snow, and on top of that, about an inch of ice, then it rained today.... Expected to freeze overnight too!

That stuff is on the way and my drive home should be during the freezeover. I cross only one bridge to get into Long Beac h but that snad spit freezes when someone mentions ice.

My campus looked amazing this morning, though very dangerous with all of the ice. It's definitely that time of year.

I took a few pics this morning. One quick edit:

(This was remarkably clean considering it was taken at ISO400. I'm starting to like Camera Raw.)

I took a few night shots of Christmas lights in my neighborhood. With no tripod. :D
