    Virgin America Announces SAN

    California's Hometown Airline Adds Sixth Destination to Growing Network

    SAN FRANCISCO, Nov. 7, 2007 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- Virgin America today announced ticket sales for daily flights between its home base of San Francisco International Airport (SFO) and San Diego International Airport (SAN). The service will begin on Feb 12, 2008 with three daily flights and will expand to five daily flights on March 9, 2008. Connecting flights will also be available from San Diego via SFO to New York's JFK and Washington Dulles airports.

    Nice. SAN is the only city I knew was on the agenda. Anyone know what else they have planned?

    Rumor from people I have spoken to, also from A.net states MIA is next, and a northeast city.

    But it truly is anyone else's guess.
