    D70 f-stop Problem

    i'm having an isue with my camera, i'm struggling to get my f-stop set properly. i'm trying in both M and A modes but the F-stop won't drop belo f5 and f5.3. can anyone help me?
    it is mathematically impossible for either hummingbirds, or helicopters to fly. fortunately, neither are aware of this.

    What is your lens' max aperture? Also, be aware that as focal length increases, on some lenses, max aperture decreases.

    24-120mm

    Were you all the way at 24mm when you tested it? If you were up towards the 80-120mm range it would give you a 5.0-5.6 rating.

    crap. hate shooting from inside the tower. this only means i'll have to head out onto the roof more often!
