    Congrats to Phil D!

Some of you might know that Phil was expecting his first nephew this summer and he arrived tonight!

Weighing in at 7 pounds 9 ounces and 20 inches long with a full head of hair. He's adorable!

    Congratulations Phil :D

Congrats bro! I'm glad he came before you had to jet off to Germany, I know you wanted to be here for it!

Thanks guys. I was actually supposed to be in Germany yesterday and was able to swap out of the trip thankfully. I have another trip coming up and I'm glad he came before that one as well.

Yeah, it's kinda scary that I'll have an influence over this guy. The only thing scarier would be my own kid. Little Mikey will learn about aviation fast.

Any ideas for a first aviation gift? Maybe a Gemini jet of some kind or something.

Congratulations! Hey, if it had been a girl, would we be calling you "Aunt Phil"?

    Congrats Phil.....
The three most common expressions in aviation are, "Why is it doing that?", "Where are we?" and "Oh Crap".

For my nephews I bought them teddy bears from The Airplane Shop with the United and Northwest logo on their chests. I also bought them plush planes from the shop.

My nephews are now stuck in the Thomas phase so I'll have to buy some trains for a while before planes!
