As always Senga, great catches and shots. Not sure if I mentioned in a previous thread but where you aware Eastern flew 727's into TIX in the late 60's-early 70's, at Manned Space Flights peak ? I think the main routing was MIA-TIX-ATL and return,

    Cheers

    Thanks and thanks :)
Ron, I didn't know Eastern used to fly to TIX. TIX doesn't look like it get much of anything. Amazing how an airport like that used to have that kind of traffic.

    Thanks Mark, Bill
TIX....Its mainly a GA airport witha large helicopter training school there or something.

Heres a shot of the Pan Am 727 at SFB today.. I am still really fuming of the cloud that moved in RIGHT when the blasted plane taxied next to me. It happed RIGHT at that moment.

Rich, this is the furst time Pan Am has hit SFB in a long time. I wonder if this is the last plane they are flying.

    Ok thanks Matt.
Its too bad that they never expanded with more than just a few planes. I'd love to see them pick up some A320s after they lsoe the 727s.

United interrior, a "first class cabin" which was just a bunch of United first class seats left up there. It was a a mix matched cabin though on both jets. I went to the bathroom and there was labeling for CO in there while the cabin was UA and the emergency flashlights sitting in the charger were from Delta.

    Quite humorous,
I still think they have one of the best liveries even out there still.
    Even in its whitness.
