A Photo Dedication to my (late) Father

Those of you who know me are probably aware that although I had a wonderful and fantastic father he passed away in 1977, when I was a Senior in High School. I always count our time together as "Quality" instead of "Quantity". Anyway I saw this photo tonight and and it reminded of my dad so I am dedicating it to him and wanted to share with you and why. When my dad was 16 (1928) he took his first airplane ride. Though born near Manchester England, he grew up in Melbourne, Florida. A barnstormer was touring Florida and giving 15 min flights for I think dad said 10 cents. They landed and took off right on the Beach and my dad loved the flight. Sadly about two weeks later dad heard the plane crashed and the pilot and passenger where killed, an all to common occurrence during that era. Here is the photo, to avoid any confusion it the aircraft on top, Enjoy !

Thanks for allowing me to share this with everyone.

Great how a simple photo can reflect those memories.

And I, I took the path less traveled by
and that has made all the difference......yet...
I have a feeling a handle of people are going to be very interested in what I post in the near future.
