They have a trademark on the color brown for use in delivery services. You can't start up a new delivery service and paint your trucks brown, or use brown uniforms for your drivers, as that could cause people to think you were affiliated with UPS. Actually, their disclaimer is right. They have trademarked their own color brown. I forgot what the number is for it, but it is trademarked legally.

I've was to paint a car in UPS Brown but it was later decided to only do the door jambs and trunk in that color. The company which was Dupont must have made that color for them cause the formula the store had from them was spot on.
