wow, Steve, that guy is insane!! :shock:

Took Phils advice today, worked out 45 mins of cardio, then some abdominal work....spent my usual hour and a half in the gym. then ordered 3 eggs and sausage, for breakkie.

By the time it got here, Phil, I'd worked out an hour and 15 minutes earlier.

Highheels brought the baby and lucnh into hte office today, ostrish burger and swett potato which I ate slowly between 1 and 4 pm.

its now 415 and from now til 8 pm, I have 2 apples a banana and pear to jump on.


ideas or thoughts?
