    I think it's a given that if you're outside of NYC and your highway is named after water, that it floods even on cloudy days.Sprain Brook, Bronx River, Taconic, etc.

    BQE/Gowanus, 1&9/Fishhouse Rd, I-95 between exit 10 in NJ & Bangor, Mainet for accidents and dangerous go-kart/bumper car like conditions. I'll say the LIE & Belt forgoing nowhere fast.
