Hornet Flyovers Mon 4/2 and Mon 4/9 for the Yankees/Mets

The Yankee home opener tomorrow Monday April 2nd is scheduled to have a Hornet flyover . It's a 1:05 start I believe?

Next Monday April 9th the Mets also have some Hornets scheduled for a flyover for their home opener.

As in years past they have come in to land at LGA and departed the next day. Have your cameras ready and for those at LGA keep us posted. :D

A nice change from the A-10's they've been sending the past few years. :)

i'd prefer the A-10, much cooler airplane!
it is mathematically impossible for either hummingbirds, or helicopters to fly. fortunately, neither are aware of this.

The A-10 is great, but variety is nice.

Got to see the 2 Super Hornets do the flyover for the Met game today. No burners at all though :( They came around and landed at LGA on 22. One VFA-106 Gladiators bird and one VFA-32 Swordsmen DCAG!

    Here they come...

They were a little late - a good 20 seconds after the end of the anthem, but they were hauling when they went overhead!
