    Daily SWF Report

I realize that this thread will not be as updated as the JFK, LGA, and EWR thread but SWF gets some interesting and rare visitors on occasions especially towards the summer.

The SWF website has a press release on Delta Connection's return to the Hudson Valley.

    Nice plane at SWF!!

    Hello everyone,

I just got a phone call saying there is a really large plane down by cargo. The person who called me had no details!

Can't find anything on Flightaware or Flytecomm. I'd imagine it could be an AN-124.

I called back to get more info. and there is absolutely no lettering or coloring, but for the good news, there are windows, 1 wing, and tires. Thank god for airport operations.

It was just the B-747 that is usually parked by the terminal.

Note: It has both wings but only 1 engine currently on plane. The other 3 were laying on the ground.

I was just thinking, does anyone think the ExpressJet flight could have been a proving run?

Flightaware did not have the flight listed as arriving from anywhere.

The Expressjet was a divert on a MHT-EWR flight.
