"What's Behind Stop & Frisks? High Black Crime"

An interesting article recently published in the New York Daily News about Al Sharpton's recent lawsuit against the city for its high amount of frisks by police on black people:

It's my understanding that the beef isn't only that blacks get stopped more when looking for specific perps, but that blacks are frisked much more often during random stops than whites are.

i'd like to know, in how many of those stops by police did the person getting stopped give the cops a REASON to frisk them?
it is mathematically impossible for either hummingbirds, or helicopters to fly. fortunately, neither are aware of this.

Yes, and also how many of those frisks resulted in convictions for crimes.
