Have a great trip. Which flight are you taking out of JFK on Wednesday?

Make sure to hit up the Aeroparque at SJU for spotting, it's a great spot. It is not open on Tuesdays and Wednesdays but the rest of the week it is open 10 to 6.

The beehive hummm of the JT9D and GE CF680C2,the thunder of the JT8D-17,the rumble of the PW1830 and the high ,thin whine of the PW 545A are all music to my ears!

There is a mall nearby me and my ex used to go to and the parking area had a decent view of arrivals most of the time for San Juan. I reccomend Agudilla though for the classic stuff. There is a good amount of 727's dc-10's 747-100/200 and A-300 action there plus alot of Soviet turboprops in and out of there.
Southwest Airlines-"Once it pop's it's time to stop" Southwest Airlines-"Our Shamu's are almost real" Southwest Airlines -"We blow our top real easy" Southwest Airlines- "You can't top us..... really"

While Aguadilla is great and you can get pretty close to the action, SJU does have a fair amount of classics.

Throughout the day you will see DC-3's, DC-10's, 727's, A300's,.
