    Longest 767-300ER route...

    Hi everyone,

I thought before that the longest route in the world flown by a 767-300ER was a route from my home airport of LAX, by Aeroflot: LAX-SVO with 6078 nautical miles. Recently though, I discovered I'm wrong...the longest (atleast I could think of) is a route out of our very own JFK: JFK-TAS (Tashkent, Uzbekistan) by Uzbekistan Airways with 6338 nautical miles. I think thats about a 14 hour flight on a B767...pretty wild, huh?

    - Josh

P.S....this..IS...a nonstop service, isnt it? lol :?

6078 is the statute mile distance, and the Uzbek flight is a 1-stop via Riga. If I had to make an off the top of my head guess for the longest 763 flight, I'd nominate YYZ-TLV at 5789mi, although I think El Al has sent the 763 to ORD (although it's usually a 762 route when done nonstop ), which is 6180mi. I know Air Canada sends the 763s on some long Asia routes, too, which may challenge the above ones on distance.
