    Good Ole' EWR Days

I was cleaning out my dvd cabinet and found my Just Planes LGA/EWR dvd. Just popped it into the player and within the first five minutes of the EWR side you see:

    TWA MD-80
    Pro Air 737-400
    Singapore 747-400
    Delta MD-80 "Widget"
    Continental DC-10
    Bunch of Airborne DC-8s
    Sabena MD-11
    British Airways 777-200 "Landor"
    America West 757-200 "TeamWork"
    Avianca 757-200
    Emery DC-8
    US Airways F-100

    And an EWR without winglets!

I am not sure if this dvd is sold out yet at Justplanes, I purchased it two years ago and there is also a JFK dvd that I can't find, but I highly suggest purchasing this dvd!

My father and I used to head down to EWR for spotting all the time, more frequently then JFK. We had a great spot out at the long-term parking located right next to the runway and near where the DHL 727-100 used to park. Shame the spot is gone. Now that Qatar is coming to EWR I think we need to get in touch with the authorities over there about spotting.
