I have some new insurance starting, and I' need to find a new general MD.
I've had some bad experiences before with my previous one (three hour wait, attitude, very "ho-hum" about whatever I'm taking about, etc.) and I'm looking for someone new.
Preferrably in the Astoria area, but I'd be willing to go to Flushing or somewhere else nearby, even midtown Manhattan. No prefernece on gender, but someone that speaks good English and isn't too old. I'd also want someone that doesn't require you wait a year and a half in the waiting room.
Anyone have any good ideas on a good doctor, or know any ways to find a good one? I know medicine is a private thing, so feel free to PM me if you have some way to help. I'd apprecaite it.
