Art Mid-Term Help Please

For my art mid-term I needed to create a project that included lines, color, value, texture, and shape. Since my art teacher knows that I am a "photographer" and like to use photoshop she let me do the project on the computer using one of my photos.

This is my final result:



Do you think it includes all of the necessary requirements?

Value can mean a number of things....usually along the lines of meaningful contrast. I think what you did is good....I might add a bit more texture. Also, do you have any runners up for the photograph you're going to use? You might get more "value" out of a different one. I can help you more if you want to IM me. :)
