After today's flight I don't like Southwest even more. I just purchased one way ticket back to BWI on US Airways. I don't like WN so much that I've paid for return flight from a business trip from my own pocket :) Not even that, instead taking direct flight I bought flight with connection at CLT.

Don't you generally fly US? This is few notches up for you then, so be happy ;)Originally Posted by tipek
Heading to Arizona tomorrow morning for my youngest sons 19th birthday and its Dads Weekend at his fraternity.
Flying JetBlue to Phoenix with a 7:59AM departure from JFK (looking forward to seeing T5) then drive down to Tucson. Didnt feel like dealing with changing planes going down and the drive from Phoenix to Tucson is only about 90 minutes or so. Coming back flying Continental out of Tucson (EMB RJ145) to Houston then on to LGA on a 737-800.
Should be fun especially when I see that temps in Tucson are in the 80s!!!!
Few notches up? :) I don't understand how people can fly WN. Seriously, because they will give you free soft drink? I even didn't get the whole can when I asked for Sprite.
The aircraft that I was on (N902WN) had WiFi on for free (still free trail) but I wasn't able to open my laptop to try it.
Tommy, I'll stick to my US Airways.

To celebrate my divorce I'm taking myself for a spotting day trip to LAX.
This trip will complete US Airways mainline types for me. Up to now I'm missing only flight on Embraer EMB-190 from mainline. This month US is scheduled to receive their first A330-200 so that will put me in one to go again :)

it is mathematically impossible for either hummingbirds, or helicopters to fly. fortunately, neither are aware of this.
