    I've never had to wait on a long line at HPN in the past few years. When I took TRS from HPN to MCO for the NBAA convention in October, I went through security in less than 5 minutes and the flight was right on time, we even landed 15 minutes early.

    That is true however they do have more commercial flights then SWF does.

    Correct. I believe a few carriers are trying to make SWF the "4th major NYC airport" but I don't currently know the status of that goal.

    I have used both and amazingly live in Patterson NY !!!! Depends if you need a hire car or not. I think HPN has a better service on that side but if you are getting picked -up then I think it would be hard to chose between either. Probably just depend on your schedule compared with the timetables.
