Ladies and gentlemen, this is your captain speaking. We have a small problem.
All four engines have stopped. We are doing our damnedest to get them under control.
I trust you are not in too much distress. —Captain Eric Moody, British Airways Flight 9
Amazing landing. It reminds me of the TAP A-321 video. That 757 was deflecting hardcore on the rudder too. I cannot say I have ever seen that much deflection in flight before on an airplane.

Just saw this on Channel 7 Eyewitness news here in NYC, wild stuff !
LGA777
I don't quite think it compares to the TAP video, and I don't think it's news worthy, although it's very exciting to see as an enthusiast.

Yeah, not quite comparable to the TAP one, but I thought it was cool, I saw it on my local news too. Wind shear sucks!
nwa FOREVER!
It looks like there was a little bit of wake turbulence involved also, my friend who flies the 57/67 for UA says the 57's got balls of power. On a UA flight to denver from LGA he took us up to FL400!

Wow! He was really rocking, sort of like hiss srq's current avatar.
