The guy thoughtit was a 747, but oh well. That's quite remarkable to see, though I'm sure it would make his bosses unhappy to say the least.

Any idea whose plane that is? Not a US one right?
Ladies and gentlemen, this is your captain speaking. We have a small problem.
All four engines have stopped. We are doing our damnedest to get them under control.
I trust you are not in too much distress. —Captain Eric Moody, British Airways Flight 9

Why do our European and Asian counterparts have all the fun?
Everytime I see stuff like that it makes me want to throw my arms up and scream.

It looks like it didn't have many markings maybe it was going to be retired?

This was just posted in the thread Video of a low flying military transport a few days ago.

    Still cool though.

Yea but are they sure it wasn't being retired? Like a final flight or something.

No, looks like a KC-135R, a relatively "new" aircraft - from what I've seen on-line, it's a French Air Force KC over the desert somewhere in North Africa. Still not 100% convinced it real, but if it was, the pucker factor must have been through the roof

Yeah I would say so. If I am not mistaken it kicked up a nice little vortex in the sand though so it is probably real..... You really need to know your plane to do somthing like that. That is for sure..... Nice job by the pilots......

It probably is a real vid but someone changed the plane. It could have been a smaller jet that kicked up the dirt.
