It's probably a chartered Atlas Air 747.

This is El Al's Cargo division. It's also known as Israel Cargo Lines, which is fitting, since Cavei Avir Lemitanim means "Air Lines for Cargo."

You probably already have a shot of it. They used to have a identifiable paintjob but now they planes are pretty much non descript.
