    Man, this is fun...

The lower Manhattan skyline, viewed from the Promenade in Brooklyn Heights:

(there are 9 more coming, but it's late and I'm too tired to edit)

Anyone know how to do noise reduction on RAW pictures? The JPEGs are nice and crisp, but the RAW images are the noisiest pictures I've ever taken, far beyond the help of Photoshop's noise reduction filter... (Yes, I know that's what I get for not buying a DSLR...)

Ok, none came out as good as that first one I edited, but a few more were worth showing:

A night version of that red tree I got the other day:

Heights Cafe on Montague St in Brooklyn Heights:

    The Brooklyn "skyline":

Here is why I love HDR (thanks Fred for getting me hooked!)
This is a 6-shot exposure, the only light source, other than the internal light, is the Christmas Tree this is under.

In keeping with the Holiday theme...the tree in my computer room.
This is a 7ft. non-real tree. HDR 4 images @ 12mm, background intentionally blurred in PP.

Continuing on the Christmas tree theme, this is my girlfriend's roommates' tree...

HDR is so much easier with a good camera...

Inspired by Eric, an HDR panorama:

45 shots...9 panels, each of which is a 5-shot HDR.

It got cloudy while I was taking the shot...you can tell which panel I did before the clouds rolled in :) I'll try it again when the weather gets better and I'm not so busy...

Great stuff Adam. Do you use autostitch for the panoramic merge?

Yeah, I used Photoshop's Photomerge. It took about 20 minutes :)

Adam, that is some nice work there! Where was that shot taken from?
