Just got back home. It was AA114 LAX--EWR.. I had no idea AA had flights to LAX from EWR. The flight is usually operated by a 757. Nice surprise to any EWR spotters.

Been neglecting this thread lately... N801DM was in, N770BB has been at EWR alot lately, parked on the sierra line, USA Jet DC-9, and heres a few pics.....
N801DM is the Dallas Mavericks plane... they repainted it, took off the team logo and added some winglets.

    N770BB

    And a random shot

    Nice shots Bill,
Thanks for the heads up about N801DM. I totally forgot to check the trackers before I left for the A380 departure.

I shot this one when it was painted in the Dallas Mavericks Baseball/Basketball? scheme.
    Heres my measly addition.

BTW from you shot there it looks lik N770BB has a modified paint job. It looks different from when I shot it last.
Those dual airport photography trips can sure be draining.

    Great shots Bill.

Keep those EWR reports coming. Not everyone realizes how much good stuff EWR gets over time.

    Great shots Tom,

Has anyone seen the 737-200, N977UA with "Myrtle Beach Direct Air" titles. It was sitting on the hard stand by Terminal A yesterday and is there still there this morning.

I saw it yestrday as well when I went to EWR for the 757. It was shootable, however it was not worth the risk. So I let it go.

Senga, 770BB does have a different scheme.... also 801DM used to have the mavericks emblem on the tail... did you notice it on the winglet of your shot Senga?

Knowing you, the risk must have been very VERY high indeed!

    Mike,
Most of you take more risks that I do. I'm just more cautious!
    :)
But yea I don't risky shots of planes that I can get easily at some other date. Its just better to wait. Especially if it EWRs.

I believe it is back now due to the start of the summer season. I'd really like to get a decent shot of her, I saw her in August while I was taxiing to my gate.
