I was wondering when she would be paying a visit. Yesterday she was at ORD and today I guess EWR!

Thanks for letting us know, Bill.

    Re: EWR Daily Report

Hi, I'm neither a photog or spotter but have been lurking here to see what sort of visitors EWR gets as it helps me with my model collection.

Anyway, I had a question. I heard that there was a white 727 at EWR today with the New Jersey Devils logo on its tail. I believe the reg is N615PA. Does anyone have a picture of it with the logo? Thanks!

Hi that is correct. I shot this aircraft 2 weeks ago but they just put the decal on this week. It is on the tail. Its been parked on the cargo line near Kallita and ATI.

Thanks for that pic! I hope you get a chance to capture her with the logo. I think she'll be there the rest of the week as the Devils don't have to travel far until Monday.

Is the logo just something small or does it fit proportionally on the tail? A shame they didn't paint it black.

    God,I love that jet.
The beehive hummm of the JT9D and GE CF680C2,the thunder of the JT8D-17,the rumble of the PW1830 and the high ,thin whine of the PW 545A are all music to my ears!

Not really of spotter interest but FYI Saturday's BA189 from LHR diverted to BGR for medical emergency, continued to EWR couple of hours later. Pax in question was taken off at BGR but has apparently turned out to be ok (was with a group a colleague was waiting at EWR to meet).

Driving past EWR on the Turnpike early Sunday morning (the 11th), saw VP-BKS, a YX M81, and a BBJ that looked to be 66ZB all on the north ramps.

UPS subbed an MD-11 for the daily 747 arrival, can't wait for XMAS to get a daytime shot of one of them. Also North American subbed for L'Avion tonight

I had read a while back that Porter was gonna start service from YYZ with Dash-8s sometime in 2008 but they had a flight today. Im guessing this might just be a charter for now.
