This morning on my way to work, when I came out of the subway at Bowling Green there were about a dozen Delta Pilots standing in a protest in front of the old custom house building. I was running late and didn't have time to read their signs but they were all just standing in a line silent.
Overheard on JFK TOWER - S Turns are fine, U-Turns are bad....
According to the photo in today's Newsday, they were Comair pilots picketing outside US Bankruptcy Court to protest the hostile takeover bid of Delta by US Airways.
