Did United order wingletts for their 757's that we know of or were they talking about potentially testing them because low and behold I just walked outside to get in my car to go to work and I look up to see a UA 757 with the bent wing treatment! Now I need to try to get in my car an go to work without rushing back in to post anymore exciting news.

Air India 111 is being operated today with brand new 777-300 VT-ALJ. Should be in around 5:00 p.m.
The UA 757 winglet mods are being done at Timco at GSO, so the ferry to JFK was probably the first, other than test flights. I was e-mailed 2 photos, hard to tell but I think it's N517UA, and they plan on doing 28 by March. I think many of you are going to really like these, 4 shades of blue stripes on both the inner and outer winglit. I would imagine will often be on the JFK to LAX and SFO flights.

As mentioned in an other thread JFK was visited by two interesting British visitors today. A First Choice 757-200 and a Monarch A300 both from different UK cities but both via Gander.
The Monarch and First Choice aircraft are here at JFK today (20NOV).

There was also an Air Peru aircraft of some sort at JFK today.
