Pink Song is now Pink Delta

Remember the Pink Song aircraft? It was recently repainted as a Delta aircraft, but it's no ordinary DL paint job. It has retained its pink color and its breast cancer research theme.

Here's the schedule for the next couple of days. I'll try to keep the schedule coming.

    1548 ATL LGA 01OCT
    1103 LGA ATL 01OCT
    1072 ATL SLC 01OCT
    0418 SLC ATL 01OCT
    0367 ATL PBI 02OCT
    0614 PBI ATL 02OCT
    1415 ATL JAX 03OCT
    1548 JAX LGA 03OCT
    1103 LGA SNA 03OCT

For those who don't know, that's a 1:45pm landing at LGA, and a 3:45pm departure.

I can't believe it was there yesterday.

And I, I took the path less traveled by
and that has made all the difference......yet...
I have a feeling a handle of people are going to be very interested in what I post in the near future.

Ya know, as it flies around, I am sure more people will get used to this new scheme and the pink delta brand, because that really does throw me off a little bit.

too bad i won't ever see this in person unless it flies to LAX Oct 22nd where I plan to be...

Get some good shots guys and mel :-D

Steve please keep us updated on this baby. I'm hoping to catch it one day at DCA or in my wildest dreams at SLC with the mountain backdrop :)

Any chance it's going to pick up the LA Dodgers?

Although they would undoubtedly already be in NY by today...

LGA-SNA would definately appear to be a charter route...

The game isn't until Wednesday so it could be picking them up tomorrow. SNA is a good distance from LA, though, isn't it?

GothamSpotter, DL 1103 operates LGA-ATL-SNA. The aircraft routing's that Steve Kurtz was so nice to supply to all of us are copied right out of Delta's computer system. The format DL uses is line of flight so hypothetically a flight that went from LGA to LAX with 4 stops would show up as only LGA-LAX. If you remember with the Pink Song routing's a lot of the NYC-Florida flights operated with the same flight number roundtrip, say 2001 JFK-MCO-JFK so in DL's format it would show 2001 JFK JFK. I hope this helps and Steve I know I speak for many on here please continue posting whenever you can, we really, really appreciate it !

    Cheers

Yes, as Ron has said, we really appreciate it! I love DELTA, so I cannot wait to see this bird (although I'm not too happy with that tail..) but either way, it's a great treat!

    Thanks again Steve!
