    Carrer day @FRG

    It's friday mostly cloudy... Is anyone going?, Is It still on?
    Jetblue Pilot departure announcement : "We are pleased to have some of the best flight attendants in the industry ...Unfortunately none of them are on this flight...!"

    I saw the C-130 heading west at 8am towards KFRG.... went yesterday for 10 min.....nobody there....it was great for a quickie!!!

    is that the EC-135 that they had when I lived up there the first time? OR did they go to another type at News 12

    nope, the EC135 was sold in March. I know, my company managed it.

    just back after meeting Moose there.

    casot guard chopper, News 12 chopper, also a C130. anda few other aircraft mostly small props like Cessnas.

    Beautiful clouds and sun though! wish me brought me camera!
    And I, I took the path less traveled by

    Ran into Mario, as well as K9DEP, who was there with his class today.

    The Coast Guard brought an HH-60 today:




    Preflighting prior to departure:





    He taxied out to the taxiway in front of the terminal and did a little impromptu rescue demo, lowering and raising the basket several times before departing:



    The 106th had an HC-130 and an HH-60 on display as well:



    This guy wasn't part of the display, he landed near the ramp to refuel. They are dropping bait containing rabies vaccine as part of a Nassau County Health Department program to stop the spread of rabies in raccoons.

    Three weeks ago 206WG was shuttling VIPs between the biz ramp and the NASCAR race at RIC!
