Fred, love the way the flash caught the falling rain in the first picture! Nice shots, as usual. Sure wish we could have gotten some better night shots.

(Now I gotta finish my shots from today so I can get to bed!)

wow, great shots everyone. kinda wish i was there though....

derf, love the rain getting caught by the flashlight, and i love how you can see the different shades of glass in the hangar doors.

    night all!
it is mathematically impossible for either hummingbirds, or helicopters to fly. fortunately, neither are aware of this.

Hey all, first post here.. Great site by the way.. I'd love to get out to JFK with some of you one of these days.

Anyway, here a few from yesterday...

I was up in the old tower adjacent to New Highway for the break....

I couldn't see the wheels touch down because they decided to land on 32, but did get to look straight down and watch her taxi to the museum...

As soon as she was out of fuel, the crew gave her a final salute:

One of the many signatures on the aircraft:

The woman pictured here is the President of the Northrop Grumman Retiree club. She signed the official paperwork taking over ownership of the aircraft.

And finally... one of the other photographers there was nice enough to grab a few shots of me and Felix....

Defineately beautiful. Those engines look untouched. Pretty sweet.
