Loads on DL are getting tighter by the day but it still looks do-able for Saturday. Pending all goes to plan, I'll be arriving LGA at 10:12am. What time do the gates open again? I'll probably just head over to the main terminal and grab a bite to eat until the thing starts. Then head over to the Marine Air Terminal I suppose.

I hear the A10s were cancelled, but I don't know what else might be coming in.

Any word on what equipment the airlines are rolling out? Since Delta no longer runs 733's on Shuttle, I'm curious what else they're gonna show this year.

I'm sure AA will bring out a mad dog. Maybe DL will do the same. I'm hoping for something like a 738. I've yet to step foot on a DL 738.

Yeah I agree, AA will probably be a mad dog, Delta could be just about anything, but the real kicker would be one of the US A319's in a heritage scheme!

Would suck if Delta put out a Mad Dog, too. Maybe they can spare an E170 for a few hours, that'd be nice.

A US heritage scheme would be awesome, but last year they had 700UW -- Star Alliance -- and that apparently confused a lot of people. Would be a smart move for them to just send in a new-colored 319, if anything.

I was about to say the same thing, Brian. Phil mentioned that the Star Alliance confused a lot of people.

Would be AWESOME if US brought a new colors 737! Doubtful though.

I have heard that the odds are in favor of US having a new colors A319.

My personal wish list involves DL bringing Pink Delta, AA bringing the 738 Retrojet, and US bringing the real America West retrojet! :) (OK...back to reality now...)

AFAIK, the new color 737s are all US West and thus won't be out in our neck of the woods.
