NYCAviation is About To Be Futtless

In a few days, our good friend, Brian Futterman, departs to Purdue University.

I can't believe I've known Brian as long as I have, and he's only NOW going to college.

I wanted to wish him a warm goodbye and lots of good times and expanding data in his cranium.

Brian's been a good friend and a strong contirbutor here on the site, and will surely be missed.

And I, I took the path less traveled by
and that has made all the difference......yet...
I have a feeling a handle of people are going to be very interested in what I post in the near future.

    Good Luck Brian!

I know Purdue is a good school, and has a flight program and all, but seriously, Indiana? We should have talked before you made your decision!

As we talked about the other day, if you get over to the Kokomo area, check out the Grissom Air Museum, over at the old Grissom AFB - I worked on a couple of those when I was stationed there 20 years ago.

MUCH LUCK TO YOU BRIAN !!!

You were one of the first people to help me out with spotting and of course with that ISO on my camera, lol. Thanks again. I'm sure you'll come to visit NYC.

Jeeze guys, they DO have the internet in Indiana... :)

Thanks so much for all the well wishes. Fall term ends December 16, so I'll be back in the area around then. In the meantime, I'll still be lurking (maybe even posting!!) from "Perdu."

Moose: An Air Force Base? In Indiana? What were they thinking?! Will definitely keep it on the books for a visit sometime. I'll drop you a line when it comes up.

You all might also be interested to know that FedEx is donating a 727 to my program in September (to compliment the static 721 and 732 we have from United). Should be awesome.

    Thanks again. Really.
