    Step Meters

so i know that i walk a lot at work... 15 gates with a full house equals a pretty big ramp space. snybody know where i can get a decent step meter to see how much i actually walk? how do they work, do i wear it on my belt or shoe or what? how much do they cost?
it is mathematically impossible for either hummingbirds, or helicopters to fly. fortunately, neither are aware of this.

I've used one they gave out at work last year during our open enrollment for health insurance. (I think I even have one McDonalds gave away with their salads once.)

It's a little thing, maybe half the size of a pager. You clip it to your belt, on your side, and you can flip it open to check your step count. I wore one last year when I was down in DC - the day I spent wandering up and down The Mall, it worked out to about 12 miles.

you can purchase one of these at GNC. I workout, thus to track how many calories I burn in a day, I invested in one of these. It cost me about 20 dollars. It tracks the steps i take, how many miles and how many calories burnt
