I was using Canon's 100-400L IS for that shot (and all of my other shots for that matter). The aircraft in the original shot covered less than 50% of the frame, so needless to say, alot of cropping was done. I was pretty sure it would get rejected for not being "standard" enough, but it's good to know that the screeners are somewhat flexible.

Oh, and Jurgen - that shot is b-e-a-utiful!! I love the misty atmosphere of a nice Dutch summer morning, looks so peaceful. Congrats of the 70, keep it up man! :D

Thanks a lot! It isn't always like this, but that morning it was great. Made the return from NYC a bit more bearable.
