    Great stuff!!!
The three most common expressions in aviation are, "Why is it doing that?", "Where are we?" and "Oh Crap".

    Hey Rafal,

Nice shots! I might have to head down there soon. I didn't have time to get there last year when I was in Raleigh :-(

Don't think I'll bother with the My Travel though, seen it too many times in the past, since it left Eastern Airlines!

Very cool Rafal! Any reason why so many NW birds are parked there? Was it some deal they had with the storage company? Strange to see old birds in a place other then Arizona, Nevada, or Cali. How great would it be to climb inside one of these classics!

    Hi Tommy,

I have no idea why all NW birds are there. They have been there for ages. If you look up on the net Maxton airport you will see all kinds of NW metal.
The drive was painfull but it was worth to see it.

    Nice shots Rafal,
It has been amost a year since I was down there as you know. Its too bad they broke up the 3 main attractions about 2 years ago..Czech (OK jet) IL-62, Air France 707 old old colors and Intercontinental DC-8 x2. That My Traval 757 is a new addition too.

    Senga
