There's a grumpy goose sitting on the roof of a Toys R Us store in Cherry Hill, N.J., just waiting and watching people come and go. But if anybody gets too close, it's look out below! The goose even went after a reporter and her microphone.
The foul-tempered fowl has sent more than one shopper on a wild goose chase over the past few days.
Duck is what you have to do when the goose heads your way. It's unclear why the goose is acting so aggressively, but geese do that when they think humans are coming too close to a nest.
The area right under the goose's perch has been taped off to keep customers out of the direct line of ambush. Toys R Us employees have been escorting customers out of the store to their cars.
The silly goose has become a bit of a tourist attraction as it walks or flies where it wants, when it wants. That included a little window shopping at Office Depot. Then it was back up to the roof for the next unsuspecting victim.
