I could have sworn I posted this message last night, but it doesn't seem to be showing up.

Could I have someone's cell number to call so I know where to meet up?

You can PM me or e-mail me at [email protected]

well, figures i'd make a rookie mistake. since it's been nearly a year since i got my ass out of the house to go shooting i shot with my f stop way out of wack. you would have though that after laughing at phil for the same reason that i would have checked mine but nooooooooo.

oh well, live and learn. it was great to be able to stay awake long enough to head out spotting again, especially getting to meet up with mike and tom who i haven't seen since the olympic 747 came to town. wow... time flies. phil, great seeing you again buddy... and great to finally meet tommy and melanie in person. hope you all faired better than i did. now if you'll excuse me, my alarm clock is hungry again.

Come on Matt you shot with me last November at JFK. 5 months and you forget how to use a camera.

Thanks to the extreme generousity of my boyfriend with his camera....I got some shots of planes I've been dying to get! Was a great day. Pretty large crowd and even some newbies. Wasn't as warm as we were hoping for, but lots of fun, nonetheless.

Here are some of my shots. Oh, and did I mention that I finally got Pink Song!?? Managed to grab her with the beacon, too.

Shortly after, I the Pink Acura Legend....haha:

Cargolux 744...another steal - I took this while Phil was, once again, speaking with the cops.

Beautiful wingflex and bank...my last shot of the day

Another surprise....Phil let me take the TN

Named the ugliest airline scheme just minutes before its arrival

And, finally....I got my Virgin! ;)

    Feedback please!

*These were edited on my laptop....due to my major patience (lack thereof) issues.*

Great shots Mel! I really like the shot of the Air Tahiti Nui and South African. It was a pleasure to meet you and I am glad that you finally got to catch the Pink Song!

Mel, they are lovely! MAzel Tov on the pinkie!

You know my recent liking of N610DL, so I love that. Love the South African and loving the Air Tahiti Nui! 340's look great in the right colors!

Which, BTW, can I make an early request for someone to photograph us leaving on Jun 30. I dont know which row exactly is First, but thats where I'll be trying to shoot from.

And, I heard that most of you stuck around to see us land. Thanks guys, you guys are really great.

Funny thing is I was ready and looking for out for you in case you'd be shooting, but when I saw our final turn and saw the marshes, I knew the sun was on the other side, which is where you guys would be.
And I, I took the path less traveled by
and that has made all the difference......yet...
I have a feeling a handle of people are going to be very interested in what I post in the near future.
