    Langley AFB - March 13... 56K = TOO SLOW!!!

Spent part of the day at Langley AFB... saw a bunch of Eagles and a bunch of Raptors. Runway 26 was active, so that meant I was shooting departures and aircraft heading out after doing low approaches. Several people told me this past Friday that they were at Langley, at the spot I was at, and was told by Hampton Police to leave (probably because of the F-22 being based there). Not me. Was there two hours, saw one cop car drive by on Armistead Avenue with its lights flashing - thought it was because of me, but it wasn't. All PICTtures from Spot A on my Langley Spotting Page.

Wow the F22 is freaking hot looking! Certainly stands out from the rest.

it is mathematically impossible for either hummingbirds, or helicopters to fly. fortunately, neither are aware of this.
